Authors retain copyright of their articles. All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

There are no submission fees and no article processing charges (APCs).
